Design Drawings Phase:
1) Design Drawings are prepared
Include Floor Plan,
Elevations,
Preliminary Site Plan
(Not for construction)
2) Specifications are written out as to what Materials will be used and allowances.
3) Bid / Budget is established
4) Soils Test and Soils Engineering is Done
5) Survey
The Design Drawings are supplied to your Lender for the appraisal to be done.

BUILD
Upon Construction Loan Approval.
Contract is drawn up and initial Construction Draw is paid.
Construction Drawings are Prepared
Permits are Applied for:
Site Work
Site Layout & Preparation
Site Excavation
Utilities
Foundation
Grading and Overlot
Building Construction
